NYC

We were lucky to have Dave's mom come out to visit over Spring Break. I will post pictures of her visit more in another post. She watched Ross for the day so we could go to the city at least once while we're out here. We had a blast! We rode the bus to get into the city which took just about 4 hours.
We were there on St. Patrick's Day and it was packed! So many people.
We were brave and took the subway; we didn't even get lost.
Ground Zero. A ton of people here too.

China Town. It took us a while to find the shopping section, but we did and I got a nice new purse.
The Hudson
Dave loved seeing the Stock Exchange, Wall St. and the Bull.

We saw the matinee of Lion King on Broadway. It was so good. I would highly recommend it. The animal effects, the music, acting, everything was amazing. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time and we both haven't stopped talking about it. We are so happy that we got to see the city. And so happy that Ross was perfect for JoLynn that day. It was a great trip. One thing I realized though is that Dave and I are too old to stay awake for 24 hours straight!

I loved lion-king, we went to see it a long time ago in San Francisco...amazing. Glad to see you are doing good, haven't stopped by in awhile.
