We had to speak in church last week. It went fine. I haven't spoke in about 5 years so it was about time. It was obviously hard for both of us to have time to prepare, but we made it. Dave also got to help usher at the Hill Cumorah Pageant in Palmyra. I think he enjoyed it. I think that's life for us for now!

Life
We're still alive. I haven't had much time to blog because this sweet little character pictured below doesn't like to sleep in his bed for naps. He really is doing good at night. Usually only waking up once or twice. But he grunts like no other! Ha ha. I think that we might move him out to his own room now that he's sleeping better. I can't wait until he's sleeping through the night. But life is good. I'm really trying to help him sleep in his bed during the day. It would make life much easier for both of us. I am trying to follow the Baby Wise book, for those of you that have heard of it. Let me know your opinions on that, or on helping them sleep in their bed during the day. It's hard to let him cry sometimes, look at that cute face!
I love when I hold him up to burp him and he gives me 'kisses'. Dave says he's giving me a hickey because his mouth's all open, but it's so sweet. And he's finally seeming a little less fragile to me. Looking like he's getting some meat on his bones. Which we're both grateful for. We don't go to the Dr. for another month, but I am curious to know how much he weighs. At Wegman's (the grocery store we go to) you weigh and price your own produce. So I think that we should take Ross there and weigh him. Ha ha. Or we could just buy a scale.
A little family. Please ignore that I still don't have time to do my hair, thus the hat and braid.
Sporting the Syracuse Orange and Blue. Love this kid. And his dad. I don't talk about Dave on here as much as I should. Dave's doing well. VERY busy at school. He has been doing 12 hr days for the past few days. It's getting old, for both of us. I know that he's getting burnt out and missing us and being home. But the semester's over in 3 weeks so there's a bunch of papers and projects and finals to get ready for. He gets a 2 weeks break in August so we're all looking forward to that. I appreciate the hard work that he's doing.

Wow, 12 hour days!! I'd just die. But way to go to both of you for handling that! That break after school will feel so good!
Shauna, its good to hear you guys are doing well. Ross is so so handsome! I love his little outfit and that he is so alert.
I love the family picture! You look great and Ross is so cute!
Oh my word that outfit is so cute! And that pic of him in the below post in his tank! He looks so much like you in that pic, and then in the one right under it..it doesn't even look like the same child! Crazy. What a stud on his blessing day. Well I don't dislike you anymore now that I had my baby! ha ha
